1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NuttyCoding ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a child, you accept these terms on their behalf. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use NuttyCoding

NuttyCoding is intended for children between the ages of 5 and 18, under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during sign-up.
• Monitoring their child's use of the platform.
• Ensuring the platform is appropriate for their child's age and maturity level.

3. Beta Access

NuttyCoding is currently in beta. Access is limited to the first 50 registered families. Beta access is provided free of charge during the testing period. Features, content, and availability may change without notice. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute NuttyCoding content or code.
• Use the platform to harass, bully, or harm others.
• Provide false information during registration.
• Use automated tools to access the platform in bulk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NuttyCoding — including lessons, designs, the Fart Piano application, and the NuttyCoding brand — is the intellectual property of NuttyCoding and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.

Projects that children create using the platform remain the intellectual property of the child and their family.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NuttyCoding is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no guarantees that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose. We are continuously improving, and we thank you for your understanding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuttyCoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for access during the relevant period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
